Kool Toyz is an exclusive Online Toy Store that brings you products from the leading Toy brands & Playground Equipment brands in India & abroad. Kool Toyz is the sole importer & distributor of leading international Toy brands like Little Tikes, Uncle Milton, Oregon Scientific & more in India. We also sell leading Toy Brands in India. The toys available on our website are designed for kids from Birth to Teenage.

 

What products do you sell?

Kool Toyz sells Toys & Playground Equipments for various Age Groups from leading Toy Brands from India & Abroad. Our range of Toys include Activity Toys, Indoor & Outdoor Toys, Role-Play Toys, Ride-ons, Rockers, Musical Toys, Playground Equipments like Swing, Slides, Climbers, Playcentres & many more for infants, toddlers, & children up to their teenage years.

 

What is the Warranty on your Toys?

The warranty on the Toys is exactly what the manufacturer offers you. All details on Warranty are mentioned in the Toy box & all related queries will be handled by the manufacturer directly. In case you have any difficulties connecting with the manufacturer, you can contact us & we will guide you through the process.

 

How safe are your Toys for Children?

We at Kool Toyz understand that a child’s safety is the foremost concern for any parent & so we strive to give you the Safest Toys available in the market. Most of the Brands that we sell have their products Safety Tested & are Non-Toxic. They do not have any sharp edges that can injure your child.

 

How old is the Company?

Kool Toyz was established in 1998 as a distributor of International brand Toys & Playground Equipments in India. In the year 2000, the company opened its first entertainment center for Kids & currently has 28 such centers across India, in most of the leading malls present in the country.  

We are currently serving our customers through our Exclusive Online Toy Store as well, for an easy, safe and hassle-free shopping experience.

 

Where are the Offices located?

We have Offices in the 4 major cities of India – New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai & Bangalore. We also have Warehouses all across India.

 

Is there a minimum order value to place an order?

No, there is no Minimum value to place your Order with us.

What are the Shipping Charges?

Kool Toyz provides Free Delivery on all orders. The total amount will be shown to you at the time of Checkout. For more information, please check out our Shipping Policy.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

 There are no hidden or extra costs or additional charges on your order. The amount you see is the amount you pay while Checkout.

 

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Kool Toyz accepts Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) & Net Banking from all Banks in India.

We also accept payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However, a Convenience fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for orders below Rs. 500/-.

 

How do I know if a Product is in Stock?

We make every effort to ensure that all the products that we sell are in stock with us. It will be mentioned on the Product page if a product is in stock or not. Please ensure that you check stock before placing an Order.

 

What if the Toy that I am looking for is not available on your website?

Kool Toyz constantly thrives to provide its customers with all the latest & best products available in the market. However, if you don’t see any product on our site, please email us with the details & we will definitely try to list it on our website.

 

What about the safety of using my Credit / Debit cards & Net Banking on your site?

Kool Toyz partners with secure Payment Gateways who ensure a secure encrypted connection for all credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions. You can rest assured that your Bank & Card details remain confidential at all times.

 

How will I know if my Order was placed correctly?

After your transaction is complete you will get a message on the screen with the message “Your Order was processed successfully”. Also, you will be receiving an email from us with your Order confirmation along with all your Order details. Therefore, we request you to kindly provide us with the correct email address while placing the Order.

 

 How will I track my Order?

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing your order, please check your spam folder or you can call our Customer Service number & we will be happy to help you.

 

How long will it take for my Order to reach me?

Your Order will ship out within 24 hours of placing it. If the next day is a holiday, then your order will ship out the next working day. Kool Toyz has warehouses across India & your order will ship out from the location closest to your Shipping Address. For any city & large towns, your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 business days. For any smaller towns & remote areas, it will reach you with 4 to 7 business days.

 

What happens if I am unavailable during Product delivery?

Anybody available at the time of delivery can receive the package. If the house is locked, then our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse.  Please provide your mobile number as it will help in making a faster delivery. 

 

What happens if I receive an Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product?

DO NOT ACCEPT your Order from the Courier person if the package seal is open on arrival. This will be considered as “Package damaged in Transit” & you will be sent a fresh piece. 

If the product you received from us is damaged / defective, please call us within 7 working days for a replacement. If you damage your product while using it, then it will not qualify for refund / replacement. If the product is Out of Stock, then we will refund the amount to you.

If the product you receive is not what you ordered for, please contact us & we will send you the correct product & also get the incorrect product back from you at our own cost. Please ensure that all the contents of the box are intact & nothing is misplaced.

Is it required to Register before placing an order?

No, you don’t need to register with us to place an Order. However, we recommend you to do so, so that the next time you shop with us, all your information other that bank details will be filled in automatically & will save you the time of filling up your personal details every time. Also, if you register with us, you will be able to enjoy all our Special Offers that you will receive in your registered email address.

 

How can I get information on your Special offers & Promotions?

Whenever you Register with us, your email id is automatically saved & added to our Special Offers list. You can also avail of these offers without registering yourself. Just fill in your correct Email address in the Subscribe field available at the top of every page of our website & click on the Subscribe button. You will get an email whenever we have a Special Offer or Promotion.

 

Can I get the Order shipped to a different address?

Yes you can get your Order shipped to a different address than your Billing Address. Just mention the correct Shipping Address while placing the Order with us.

 

What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Kool Toyz has designed a hassle free Return / Refund Policy. You can claim for a Return / Refund within 7 days of receiving your Order.

How do I Cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Just call us at (+91) 87430 00172 (10.30am to 6.30pm) or email us at support@koolkidz.co.in within 6 hours of placing the order & we will cancel the order for you & issue you a refund.

If your order has been shipped but yet to be delivered, please DO NOT ACCEPT delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In this case you will be refunded the product amount but not the shipping amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it has been delivered.
