Return and Refund Policy


Kool Toyz thrives to provide its customers the best shopping experience every time they purchase from us. We sell the best quality products only so that our customers can get their money’s worth. However, if in an unlikely situation, the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, Kool Toyz has designed a hassle free Return / Refund Policy. You can claim for a Return / Refund within 7 days of receiving your Order.


Order Return Policy 

Package Damaged in Transit - DO NOT ACCEPT your Order from the Courier person if the seal on the package is open on arrival. This will be considered as “Package damaged in Transit” & you will be sent a fresh piece.  Call our customer service at (+91) 87430 00172 (10.30am to 6.30pm) or email us at immediately & we will process a replacement of the same for you.


Defective product - If the product you received from us is damaged / defective, please call us at (+91) 87430 00172 (10.30am to 6.30pm) within 7 working days for a refund / replacement. If you damage your product while using it, then it will not qualify for refund/replacement. If the product is Out of Stock, then we will refund the amount to you.


Incorrect Product – If the product you receive is not what you ordered for, please contact us & we will send you the correct product & also get the incorrect product back from you at our own cost. Please ensure that all the contents of the box are intact & nothing is misplaced.


While initiating a Return / Replacement, please ensure Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit. 


Please order carefully as we do not refund or exchange because you did not like the product or it was not what you expected.



We cannot accept the product for Return / Replacement in the following conditions:

Used Merchandise

- Damages due to misuse of product

- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers 

- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,  manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.



The return/replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible.


Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged, defective or was for an incorrect product.


Kool Toyz reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.




Order Refund Policy


You can request a Refund on your Order if the product is Damaged / Defective or if the product is Out of Stock with us.

If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively. 

If the payment was by Cash On Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

Order ID:

Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge. 


The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) & checked that the package arrived with all its contents. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, after you deposit the cheque.


For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.  Please note that Kool Toyz is not responsible for any delay caused by the Bank.
